The Independent Living & Self Directed Care Programs serve the following counties in eastern Wyoming :
Albany, Campbell, Carbon, Converse, Crook, Goshen, Johnson, Laramie, Natrona, Niobrara, Platte, Sheridan, Weston. 
  
Visually Impaired Program serve the following counties statewide:
Albany, Big Horn, Campbell, Carbon, Converse, Crook, Fremont, Goshen, Hot Springs, Johnson, Laramie, Lincoln, Natrona, Lincoln, Niobrara, Park, Platte , Sheridan, Sublette, Sweetwater, Uinita, Washakie, Weston, Wind River Reservation.
