Annual starting salary: See job description
with adequate funds available: 2.5% cost of living adjustment (COLA) on new FY date
2.0% longevity increase on anniversary date for five years
Annual Leave: 8 hours per month accrual, can be taken any time after accrual. Monthly accrual time increases with longevity
Sick leave: 8 hours per month accrual, can be taken for doctors appointments, when sick, after accrual
Medical Insurance: NO GROUP PLAN
HRA plan with $350 per month paid by WILR. Health coverage is secured by individual employee, reimbursed at actual cost, to a maximum of $350 per month. HRA plan allows unexpended dollars to be used for eligible medical expenses. AFLAC supplemental plan available.
Dental/Eye Plan: Available to employee @ $44.00/mo, reimbursed by WILR if total medical coverage does not exceed the $350/ month
Travel and Per Diem: Employee responsible for own transportation. Expenses submitted by employee by 15th of month, reimbursed $.51 per mile and $123.00 per day or receipt for meals on day trips for work expenses. Cell phone reimbursed @ $30.00/ month
Home Office: WILR will provide business phone line, internet/e-mail access, computer, and any office equipment necessary
Holidays: 11 paid holidays per year
Retirement Package: 403(b) individual voluntary account and WILR matching account: 50% match with maximum of $40.00 per month contributed to employee retirement by WILR. Six month waiting period, three year vesting period to be 100% vested in program
