The American’s with Disabilities Act requires healthcare facilities to ensure individuals with disabilities have full and equal access to their services and facilities. This workshop will look at the requirements such as:

· Removing physical barriers

· Providing accessible medical equipment

· Offering effective communication

· Making reasonable modification to policies and procedures

· Additionally – who is covered.
