We’ll talk about how to find and manage good employees, set clear expectations, build trust, and handle problems before they turn into bigger issues. You’ll also hear practical tips for setting boundaries, creating backup plans, and feeling more confident in your role as the employer. Whether you’re new to participant direction or have been doing it for years, this session
