Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a law that protects people with disabilities from discrimination. It ensures they have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else in various areas of life, such as jobs, schools, transportation, and public places.

Title VI

Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is a law that says no one in the United States can be discriminated against based on their race, color, or national origin in any program or activity that receives federal funding.

Title VI Notice to the Public

Wyoming Independent Living operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.  Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with Wyoming Independent Living.
