Rachel Staff

Rachel joined the WIL team in January 2023.  She earned a BA in psychology and holds a Master's in Organizational Learning and Performance.  In addition, Rachel has over 7 years experience working in mental health and disability services.  She loves working one-on-one with others and empowering people to live their most independent and fulfilled lives.  Rachel enjoys traveling, fitness competitions, hiking and spending time with her Husky/Aussie mix, son and husband.
